I am certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and trained Chef. My relationship with food is strong and deep-rooted.

I have sought to properly nourish my body since my teen years, but I didn’t always get it right. For many years I struggled with digestive discomfort, blood sugar spikes (and crashes), low energy, regular headaches, consistent hunger, unexplained weight again, and much more. I have been there before, trying out the latest fad diet and sorting through all the conflicting health information. I was left feeling overwhelmed, confused, and defeated.

This why I became an NTP and pursued a career centered around wholesome nutrition and feeding others.

My approach


As an NTP I take a holistic approach to health. This means I will not only help you nourish your body, but also look beyond your plate to help you find ways to reduce stress, increase movement, sleep better, reduce toxic exposure and overall live a more balanced lifestyle!

I am trained to identify the symptoms of nutrient deficiencies, system dysfunctions, and bodily imbalances. The work we will do together is not just to rid you of your symptoms, but get to the root cause of dysfunction and bring your body back into balance with its innate ability to heal.

I am in your corner, to listen to your story, your concerns and advocate for your health. We will never move at a faster pace than you are ready for. I will put you in the driver seat and help you see the power you have to take back your health.

My philosophy


I believe in power of a nutrient-dense diet, the importance of bio-individuality, and need for whole foods. This means I take a food first approach to improve your health so your body can function at its best.

I also understand the pressure of modern day life, and how it makes creating a balanced lifestyle less intuitive. But I DO believe it is possible and I am committed to helping my clients achieve optimal wellness through proper nutrition and sustainable lifestyle shifts.

There is no one-size-fits-all nutrition and health plan. Our genes, environment, and current circumstances influence our nutritional needs. My food first approach acknowledges your unique individuality so I can support you through careful assessment, customized protocols, and meet you where you are at.
